The quote form

Your route and travel details are used to calculate a quote. Contact information is requested only when you choose to continue with a booking request. When you submit, your journey details, contact information and fare are stored securely to manage your request. Email notifications are queued for you and the operator and sent through Resend when the email service is configured. The result on screen tells you if email is unavailable. Technical information is used to limit abuse. When online checkout is enabled, PayPal processes payment and we store the payment reference and verified status. Do not enter card details in journey notes.

When you choose WhatsApp

Continuing to WhatsApp transfers the prepared message to WhatsApp through its link service. You then choose whether to send the message to the operator. WhatsApp handles information under its own privacy terms.
