Is my journey booked after completing the form?
No. Send your request to receive a Kent booking reference. The operator must accept your journey. Payment alone does not confirm a booking.
Are airport and London charges included?
Your quote will explain airport drop-off or collection charges, parking, waiting and any applicable tunnel, crossing or Congestion Charge. Check the total before accepting.
Can I book a journey from the airport?
This booking system accepts departures from Kent to the airport only. Airport collections and return legs are not available here.
How much luggage can I take?
Tell us the number and size of cases, cabin bags and larger items. Passenger numbers alone do not determine the vehicle; luggage capacity is confirmed with the quote.
Do you cover the whole of Kent?
Our initial pickup areas are Dover, Ashford, Deal, Canterbury and Folkestone. Nearby addresses are considered individually. We do not promise availability throughout Kent or a fixed arrival time.
